Passed motion this morning and noticed watery blood stains on the toilet paper is this a side effect with having treatment on my rectum. As anyone else experienced this.

It sounds entirely feasible that it is a side effect, but I think you should contact your treatment people to ask for their advice, just to be on the safe side.
