for the past week or so my blood sugar has gone up dramatically to 18 21 23 and so on I’m using Zoladex hormone treatment for the past three months and I am also diabetic as well any help would be appreciated

Like you I am on Hormone Therapy for Prostate cancer and Type 2 diabetic (controlled by Metformin and diet).
Hormone Therapy is well known to affect your blood sugars and your HbA1c levels. Readings you have given above are a danger to yourself and you need to seek advice. I would give 111 a call and check with them if you need to visit A & E.
You need to arrange an urgent GP appointment to get this sorted before it gets out of control.
