BCG treatment starts this week with CT scan...that'll be on Wednesday. Today having a ramp and rails fitted for my mother, she is ninety this year, keep her mobile and as independent as possible. Love the birds in the garden, just a small town garden but they remember where to come and baby season is underway. Soaked calcium worms to keep thirst at bay for the adults egg sitting then when the babies come. Not sure who is tooing and froing the most, them taking the food or me putting it out. Not many birds anymore, but while they need it, the garden is theirs. Love the sparrows in particular, they are with us all year round and my dog loved to watch them, they never feared him and he never bothered them...so they are special with love connection to my darling boy Peter.
Hi DippyHippy
I hope your BCG treatment goes smoothly for you when it starts-if you post in the bladder group too, members going through it or who have finished the treatment will have lots of experiences to share.
It’s been lovely to see the sunshine and I particularly like to sit and listen to the birds and watch them in my back garden. It just feels like everything’s wakening up again after the cold winter. My cat is an indoor cat, so doesn’t get out to bother them and I can see them flying into a big conifer next door so assume there’s a nest there. I see lots of members chat in the group about their love of birds and especially their connections with robins, so I’m sure this is very special for you too.
