This is what folks are waking up to just South of us here in Inverness….

Up here, in the grim North (well Oldham in the Pennine foothills) we only have hailstones this morning but they are "blowing in the wind".

My greyhound went to the end of the garden path and returned home after watering the plants. If he won't go for his walk it's bad!!

It’s horrible here too it’s hard to believe this time last week I was out in the garden in a short sleeve top. The wind howled all night and it’s raining now ..I’ve got the jumpers back out!
