I had my lumpectomy last week along with lymph nodes removal. Had to go back to get seroma extracted as it was causing a lot of pain. It feels full again and causing discomfort again. Spoke to a nurse earlier who said that they can only drain once a week and I should take burden for swelling and pain. I’m dreading how the weekend will pass if the pain and swelling worsens

I’m sorry to read that you've had to have a seroma extracted and it's natural to worry what might happen over the weekend if the pain and swelling worsens.
The online community is divided into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the breast cancer group as you'll then connect directly with others who have the same type of cancer as you and who may have experience of dealing with a seroma.
