I'm looking for some positivity. I had triple negative breast cancer - I did 16 rounds of chemo/immunotherapy then had a lumpectomy which showed 19mm of residual cancer remaining. Clear lymph nodes. Had radiotherapy and have an appointment this week about future treatment. Any one had the same? If so what was your future treatment?
Good morning.
It sounds like you have been through a lot. I have T3a kidney cancer and even though kidney is out and have no residual cancer near the kidney during removal. I still have a high risk chance of it returing somewhere. I have small lesion on righ lung and waiting to see Oncology 10th. I just wanted to say you have made it this far and even though you still have more treatment to come. You have made this far! So go out, eat that cake, sing those songs which make you happy. And face the next stage with grit and determination you appear to have. Just wanted to say your not alone in all this cancer whatever type affects us all. Keep smiling the best you can.
You are not alone in this. I know it feels like it as I did at first. Since joining here and reading others experiences has made a big difference to my mind set. I cant control how or if the cancer spreads but I do have control over how I live each day. Keep smiling the best you can. There is lots of others here with you.
