has anyone developed breathing problems with it

I’m assuming from your post that you are taking letrozole for breast cancer? If this is the case it would be best to join the breast cancer forum to connect with others who have the same type of cancer and are on the same type of medication. The link is here

As any type of breathing problem should be investigated, please call 111 if you are in the UK to get some medical advice since it’s the weekend. This is to assess whether you need to be seen by a doctor today. If your symptoms worsen, you should go to a&e.
