I have already spoken to the helpline and they have sent me a list of radiotherapy late effects clinics but they all have catchment areas as essential criteria for using the service within their area. Wondering how flexible this actually is

Hi my friend, I don't know, but if you're surrounded by catchment areas, and you're in the proverbial black hole, you would hope there would be a little flexibility, as for alternatives, I  have my hospice to fall back on, which I hope isn't an option you qualify for.

Apologies for the late reply - I am on holiday - although today in Mablethorpe it's blowing a gale and it's rather wet so holiday involves lots of coffee and a good book!!

Thanks eddiel for the mention. As far as I am aware your initial point of contact should be the hospital where the initial radiotherapy was given. If you don't now live in that area or they don't hold a clinic they should be able to point you in the right direction of your nearest available clinic and give you a contact.
