  • Hello Ninajj,

Can I suggest you contact his chemo unit this morning. They may be able to suggest an alternative antisickness drug which will help. Even if he doesn't outwardly feel stressed it is still very hard on his digestive system.

The Macmillan people are so good to talk to on their helpline, they have certainly helped me to calm down when I really needed help.

I wish you both all the very best.X

  • Hello

I am so sorry to read about your partner's issues. That's some great advice from  in her post above and I hope you are now sorted out.

Are you aware we have a dedicated group for your partner's cancer? Here's the link to take you there, where you will meet others on the same or similar journey:

  • Hi  and welcome to the community.

I’m sorry to read you’ve needed treatment for pre cancerous cells. Has the treatment done enough to clear everything or do you need anything further?

We have a support group which you might want to join where others will understand what you’ve gone through if you want to chat about it?

I’ll put the link here, and if you’d like to join and make a post there you can do this by clicking on the “join” banner which goes across the page when you open the link.
