Hi, I was recently diagnosed with angiosarcoma in the femur bone... the bone then broke while I was waiting for an op and ended up having it done as an emergency a couple of days later. Starting 18 weeks of paclitaxel on Monday and just wondering if anyone would like to share their experiences with that chemo? Thanks
Hi Big Stevie
I had 12 weeks of paclitaxel for breast cancer and didn't have any side effects with it. However, it would be best to chat to others with the same type of cancer as you to see how they got on with it.
As I'm not sure if angiosarcoma of the femur is bone cancer or a soft tissue sarcoma I'm going to give you links to both the bone cancer group and the soft tissue sarcoma group so you can join the correct one.
Wishing you all the best with your upcoming treatment
