Just coming to the end off my 2nd course of chemo and immunotherapy for stomach cancer , I start my 3 round tomorrow , so far no serious side effect apart fatigue and constant nausea or sicky stomach feelings ...I read somewhere on a forum that ginger was good for that so today I bought a tub ot glacé ginger and as I was in the supermarket and felt a bit rough bought some I ate a couple of pinches , suprisingly i started to feel better withing a few minutes , I will have to find something more appropriate to carry about as a tub is a bit awkward so probably a trip to a health food shop...
All the best to everone going through these life challenges and I hope all goes well️
My local shop has ginger 'shots' (bottled drinks) on sale, in the chiller where they keep lunch stuff....They must be widely available if our small shop has them!
