Hi everyone,
I have been trying to get a quote for travel insurance , my husband has just finished his treatment for lung cancer , he has had his follow up consultation and has been discharged from the clinic , he has the usual follow up scan early July , after reading on here about Insurancewith I filled out their online questionnaire but made a mistake on it which could not be amended on line, a message was displayed to contact them which I did , I then received a email saying someone would be in contact with me in the next few days which they did , however I was in the dentist waiting room and explained to the young lady that it was not convenient for me to talk so she said she would ring back the following morning, that was a few days ago and as yet no one has rang , I have tried ringing but an automated message says they are very busy and to leave a message and some one will ring , I am still waiting ( from Wednesday) could I ask if anyone has had a similar experience as I am not sure if I should just write this one off or persevere .Sorry for the long message !

yes I have tried the forum and that is were I got the the information for insurancewith from, many people seem to have had a good experience with the company, I may try again next week and see if I can complete the questionnaire without making a mistake as that is what caused the problem in the first place, with it not allowing you to amend on line. Fingers crossed !

We are with that Company and as all the insurance companies use the same algorithms - after filling in many forms and being to "'phone for a quote" we rang them direct and did ours on the 'phone.

I did ring them up and the person I spoke to could not do a quote but she said she would put a request through to the right department and some one would ring me , they did ring me the following day but as I explained in my previous post I couldn’t answer the questions as I was in a waiting room , they said they would ring back the next morning but unfortunately this never happened . I will give them another ring in the next couple of days , hopefully I will have more luck .
