I haven’t posted for a few days, but finally got the results from the ct I had 3 weeks ago. I had really good news, but don’t feel I had any time to be happy about it. Before I got the phone call to say I’d had shrinkage from one liver met, and a liver met has disappeared, I got a call to book another MRI! Then they told me I needed another Pet scan. I’m a bit annoyed to be honest. Anyway, I’m off to have my Pet scan this morning. A lovely 3 hour + round trip plus all the hanging around! I’m looking forward to a nice cup of tea and something to eat later.
Hi again Jools63 the cancer journey is full of bumps on n the road, often a few come along in quick succession. It can be frustrating when this happens but what can you do….. go with the flow and as you are doing…. set some nice goals to life your spirit.
Thanks for your reply. I know you must’ve encountered a few issues along the way.
I have been on my incurable journey for over 24 years now….. the most important thing we did away at the start was as a family we fixed our eyes on the positives we can all find and let these carry us along during the bumpy times ((hugs))
