Does anyone have details of someone who can come and cut my father's hair at home in Pinner? He has been recently diagnosed with cancer and is now housebound.

I'm sorry to read that your father has just been diagnosed with cancer and is now housebound.
Your best bet is probably to contact a local barber/hairdresser and see if that's a service they provide. If they don't they are likely to know the names of hairdressers in your area that do.
