Hi all,
I am after some advice. I have been back at work since September last year on a reduce schedule. Started off work from home then started doing days at the offices. I m lucky that my employer had a income protection policy which helps covers my hours. But recently work have became what I feel quite aggressive if my return to work. They keep saying that the policy can end if I don't up my hours and they have started question my breaks (which many medical professionals and occ health have suggest I do). I m starting to see a battle coming and the use of scare tactics. Can anyone advice me on the best course of action?
Regards
Brad
Hello Brad
Well done for getting back to work. I am sorry that work are now not being as supportive as you need them to be.
Can I suggest that you give the Support line a call (number at the bottom) and ask to speak to one of Macmillan's work support advisors as I feel they would be able to give you some further advice.
There is a section on here where you would be welcome to post questions and I will pop a link below but the quickest way is to make a phone call.
