Sorry to hear about the challenges you are having....... looking at the information on Abemaciclib it looks like one of the many possible side effects.
It's always good to talk with others who are navigating the same journey and who have been on the same drug so you may want to put up a post in the Breast cancer support group as this will help you connect with others who may well have the same experiences.
