My mother has been admitted to the hospice where she has drastically declined . I feel I’ve let her down as she didn’t want to pass away scared or in pain . She’s suffering so bad it’s gut wrenching to see . I just don’t think I can’t take much more of seeing her suffering like this . Did any one else have these feelings ?
Hi Spartacus40 and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm sorry to read that your mum has declined drastically since going to a hospice and I know what an incredibly hard time this will be for you.
As you know, the online community is divided up into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the supporting someone with incurable cancer group, which is a great place to connect with others in a similar situation to yourself.
If you'd like to do this, just click on the link I've created and, once you've joined, you can start a new post in the same way as you did here, and join in with existing conversations by clicking on reply.
Sending virtual (((hugs)))
