Has anyone been able to get a mortgage lender that accepts Pip and ESA as income?
Looking to get a mortgage with one applicant full employment, but would need my husbands PIP and ESA to help bring the mortgage amount up a bit.
Any help or advice would be great
Hi ECM1234 I very much doubt that PIP and ESA would ever be seen as normal income for a mortgage.
