I have had two CT scans. I saw them both with my urologist who pointed certain features out to me and I clearly recall. That was five months ago.
Last week I saw another consult in a different discipline in a different hospital who showed me what were purported to be the same scans. The weird thing is as far as I can recall they were not the same scans. ie they were not mine. This is a very mysterious state of affairs.
I am going to ring the second consultants secretary on Monday and see if this could be clarified one way or the other.
NHS admin blunders are not unheard of and I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience?
Hi Simon, indeed mixups can happen but the only way to get this cleared up is call this in and check it out
I started getting copies of my scans as honestly I could see a scan one week then a few months later I saw the Dane scan and it looked nothing how I remembered the first scan but they were the same scans.
