hi all
just had results from CT scan, it has identified a lesion on the left lower part of the lung, 4 x 2 cms in size, I am now waiting for a PET CT scan, feeling very nervous

Sorry to hear that you have a lesion on your lung. It's perfectly understandable that you are feeling anxious. One of the best pieces of advice I can give you is to take things a day at a time. Also keep yourself busy doing things that you love. If you can get out in the fresh air even if it's only for a few minutes as getting out in nature is great for your mental health.
