Hi I am due to have a forehead flap procedure having had a failed skin graft following a Basal Cell Carcinoma removal from my left side of nose.
I am anxious as it is my sons wedding in 10 weeks time and I really wonder what I will look like at various stages when I have MOG wedding outfit fittings and of course by the day. Will I need a bigger hat!!!!
If anybody has charted their weekly progress I would be so grateful if you may consider sharing them on here or privately.
Hi Jane T
Whilst I can fully understand why you'd like to see photos of people's weekly progress, unfortunately the community guidelines don't allow this.
"Members may not post pictures of medical images of their body, or medical documents. Members may not post a picture which includes what could be considered a private body part, a rash, wounds from surgery or treatment, or blood."
People can describe their surgery experiences with you but can't include photos.
Can I recommend that you join and post in the skin cancer group as then you'll connect directly with others who have had a similar diagnosis. If this is something that you'd like to do clicking on the link I've created will take you straight there where you can then join and start a new post in the same way as you did here.
