Thyroid cancer papillary with mets in both lungs.

Hi I have recently diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer with lung mets,and have told I'm unable to have radio iodine because of there is a shortage of nuclear trained nurses in my region and wondered if anyone else is having difficulty in get treated with iodine in other regions I am in the south West Region of you are I would be interested to hear from fellow cancer patients regards to all from Tomo :-)

    I'm sorry to read about the shortage of trained nurses in your area. 

    As you know the online community is divided up into different support groups so I hope you don't mind me suggesting that you also post this in the thyroid cancer and secondary lung cancer groups.
