Hi everyone, I'm worried about something that I found under the nail on my left index finger earlier today, but I have no idea what it is.
I've emailed the nurses for advice, but there wasn't an option to add photos to my email.
Sometimes I've had pain going down my finger, along my hand and along the lower part of my left arm.
I'm worried about it as I'm left handed and I won't be able to do much if I have to have anything done to my finger or arm as I can't write with my right hand.
All I can use in my right hand is a pair of scissors as left handed ones weren't available in my primary school until I was in either year 5 or 6 and by that time I'd already figured out how to use scissors in my right hand.
Hi Nannasgirl1982, sorry to hear about your hand. You do need to go see your GP or Clinical team as they are the only people who can assess what this is and take appropriate action ((hugs))
