Hi , does anyone know when having paclitaxel do uou still have to have the injections filgrastim?
It may be worth you posting this in the Cancer Specific Groups you are a member of as this may be specific to your cancer type.
But on the whole Filgrastim injects tend to be used if your Neutrophils are low as this stimulates the bone marrow to get a move on and produce more Neutrophils.
You can also call your clinical team and ask.
