Well done on loosing so much weight a year ago.
I'm sure there'll be lots of people within the community who will comfort eat from time and I think there's a lot to be said for the saying "a little of what you fancy does you good". However, I'm guessing that because you've posted here you're perhaps looking for ways to regain the healthy eating habit so thought you might be interested in this information from Macmillan.
