Hello,
My partner has been diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He's had a scan today to see how bad it is and if it's spread then he sees the specialist next week.
We've been together a year. Before that he was single for 10 years and has got used to being alone. Normally I'm fine with that but i feel like he's pushing me away. I know he's doing it because he'd worried about how I'll cope as i have health issues myself but i don't want him to go through this alone.
I don't know what to do. Do I tell him he's hiring me by pushing me away and risk upsetting him or do i leave it until he comes round?
Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask. I just don't know where to turn right now.
Thank you
