I have secondary breast cancer, which is in my bones. Especially pelvis and spine. My consultant said that if I fall over I could shatter (his word not mine). I've qualified for PIP and the mobility car part. Could anyone advise on what is the easiest mobility scooter to get in/out of car. At the moment I have a Ford Fiesta which I will be changing for something abit higher so its easier to get in/out. My plan is to take my dog out on the mobility scooter, me on scooter not the dog lol. He's abit lively and reactive, so I can't walk him incase he pulls me over.
Hi Gezzelin I have no experience that I can bring to advise you but lets look for others who can to come along but I would think that you are going to have to search out mobility scooter in your local area, get some advice and and try some out.
