Hello everyone
I'm new to Macmillan as I was only diagnosed with breast cancer 3 weeks ago. I am having chemotherapy before surgery - and that starts next Thursday. At the moment I've no idea how I'll respond to treatment - the only thing I have been told is that I will lose my hair - which is really hard as its been long for 25+ years. So I'm looking for some advice on the best and most reliable sites to visit to look for some nice head wear.
Nothing too showy for the moment! I not looking for anything that's an attempt to 'hide' what's happening. Just comfy, wearable indoors and out. And maybe looks 'pretty'?!
I've already looked at simply wigs, chemotherapyheadwear and hats4heads. Are these any good?
I'm still struggling to get my head round my diagnosis so any advice you can give which be very much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
