I have been newly diagnosed with appendix cancer and resulting PMP. Totally out of my depth and lost. Would be good to hear from anyone out there who needs a friend to focus and stay positive through this. How do you get this anxiety under control?
Hi
I'm sorry to read that you've recently been diagnosed with PMP and can totally understand why you'd like yo hear from others.
I can see that you've joined the PMP group and I'm sure if you post there you'll connect with others who have this type of cancer and who will be happy to share their experiences with you, including what they did to keep their anxiety under control.

Hi SMUDGE77
Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. It’s natural to feel anxious when you have a Cancer diagnosis. When I’m feeling anxious I do something that I love like reading, listening to music or going for a walk which I find helps me with my anxiety. It also helps if you talk to someone about how you are feeling.
Hope this helps you and best of luck with your treatment.
Best wishes
