Thanks, yes.  I'm an optimist, but cancer has claimed many recently.  Seeing overall context helps perspectives. 

Am unsure  about pace of changes for me and children.

As the community is divided up into different support groups can I recommend that you look through this list and join the group for your type of cancer. You will then connect with others where you can ask questions, share experiences and get support.
