Anyone to chat with now please
Hi , the night time is the worst time for thinking about cancer isn’t it. I saw your message this morning and thought I’d reach out if that’s ok. I clicked on your profile to see a bit more about what has brought you here, it’s ok to do that when you feel ready to. I then clicked on latest activity to see you had recently lost your Dad to cancer and were waiting results, I don’t know if you’ve had them now or are still waiting?
A bit about me, in 2015 my mum passed away at aged 93, (not from cancer) then 3 months later I received my cancer diagnosis, I had been feeling not well but attributed that to anxiety, then suddenly I seemed to have something different to be anxious about !. I noticed you had a lovely reply from Ellen in the ask an expert section, I noticed you hadn’t joined the group she suggested, so I wasn’t sure if you had read it yet.
I just wanted to say hi and say I’m sorry for your loss and how you might be feeling right now.
Take care KT
