I cannot fault the care that has been given to my husband at the hospital currently caring for him. However the letters we have been sent concerning appointments have been appalling and caused us a lot of anxiety and confusion calling for extra phone calls and double checking with the staff wasting a great deal of time for them as well as us.Does anyone know how I should complain? Is this a problem I could contact PALS about even though it is an administration problem and not a care issue.
Hi
Here's a link to the NHS information on PALS. It says "help resolve concerns or problems when you're using the NHS", so I guess that would cover administrative issues too. Worth contacting them and seeing what they say.
