I have adrenal tumors and suffer anxiety, depression and panick attacks. Has anyone had these symptoms?
Have you tried talking to the helpline on 0808 808 0000 or if u prefer face to face, try looking "in your area" to see if there's a Macmillan or Maggie's centre near you.
something I've only just been introduced to myself is "mindfulness". go on! google it, its a form of meditation that helps you focus on the moment, totally free and anyone can do it. sit and concentrate on your breathing or something and soon you are one with your surroundings your anxiety may still be there but in the background where you have control.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
