I did write a long letter but it dissappeared when I went get a brew!
I slept 17 hours today x
Does anyone else have such long sleeps? X
Hi loopy60,
I did sleep for the same number of hours a day at the beginning of my new chemo tablet combo palbociclib and letrozole, I'd sleep 12 in bed and the rest downstairs... I was also diagnosed with 3 pulmonary embolisms but after treatment my sleeping patten has gone back to normal... but if your "well" otherwise just go with your body also pain meds can make you more sleepy...
Jo x
Thanks jo x am currently on a Folfirinox regimen x have round 4 next week's as long as bloods say yes!
I have, though I actually had insomnia from long before my cancer diagnosis and treatment in 2022 - I can date it to my mid-teens. Oddly in the last few years there are nights when I do sleep and then struggle to get up out of bed though some nights my insomnia returns and I find I need random afternoon naps too.
