Hi has anyone had a small opening hole appear on scar site. I had lumpectomy nearly four weeks ago healing well. Apart from tonight I've noticed a small opening hubbie has looked and its definitely a hole about 1cm. Ive covered it with gauze and going to ring my BCN tomorrow first thing. Has freaked me out even more my nurse friend said unless I feel unwell or its bleeding she didnt suggest urgent care because I could be sitting for hrs. Any advice appreciated. X

I am sorry this is happening to you. Please do ring 111 if you start to get a temperature or other signs you are unwell, and as you have said, contact the hospital in the morning.
