Counting the days till breast clinic appointment

Karen, the move sounds exciting, what a lovely distraction to have. I'm sure it will be great to live nearer to your daughter no matter what the outcome of tomorrow 's appointment.

Nicola, I've been a bit of an ostrich, my head is well and truly in the sand, I think that having so much going on in my head has worn me out mentally. It's been a busy weekend and I haven't stopped today. I feel like the world is on hold until I know more. 

I suddenly have an image of morcomb and wise skipping away singing 'Bring me sunshine' maybe that will be us ladies skipping to our appointments! Lol

TT I have just got the twins down for their nap and I am now sat here thinking about this time tomorrow i'll hopefully have some answers. We have so much on at the moment too and yes do feel that the world is on hold!

Tania-Teapot the day is finally here. My appointment is at 9:30am and then hubby is taking me to lunch. A very rare child free day!!

My appointment at the breast clinic is at 11:10, oncology for ovarian cancer is at 3. Hopefully we’ll get some lunch in the middle.

Hi guys, 

I'm pleased to say that my ultrasound detected several cysts which were going down.  Nothing to worry about. I'm so relieved. Now I get to concentrate on my chemotherapy for the ovarian cancer with no distractions.

Marthasperson and NicolaGwd81 I hope your appointments went well. Thinking of you both.

I am so pleased to hear your appointment went well TT, wishing you well with your ovarian treatment.

My appointment went well too, I had an ultrasound just around the area the dimple was and they advised breast tissue all normal.

So very grateful for how well I was looked after that morning and so very grateful for all the support here too.

So sorry for not replying sooner, our 5year old has had his tonsils out and with the twins its been beautiful chaos!!!

I am so happy to have been given a good result, my only worry is that since my breast clinic appointment I have a 2nd dimple to the side of my breast (1st was under) and also a small pea size lump/lymphnode just above the 2nd dimple.

I don't want to seem like a hypercondriac and go back to Drs but worry as my whole breast wasn't screened and can't help worry now with more breast changes!!!

Haven't even mentioned to hubby xx

I was just wondering if you had gone back to clinic due to these changes.

I would certainly have mentioned it just to be a the safe side. Any changes are worth investigating x
