I started on Tamoxifen about ten days ago and I've steadily been feeling worse and worse. I've got no appetite, have terrible indigestion and feel really weak. Is this normal and will it get better?

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling unwell after beginning your tamoxifen. With any new medication it is always best to contact your doctor if you are getting side effects that are not settling- and in your case are getting worse.
You could also give the Macmillan Support Line a call and talk it through with one of the nurses. They would be able to tell you whether the side effects you are feeling are normal when starting tamoxifen and how long they would tend to begin to settle.
