So back in December I had a private mammogram and ultrasound all clear comes 2 weeks ago it felt like my left breast was firmer on the outside seemed to go away and bit but went to get checked went to GP she said a bit firm wasn't concerned went for 2ww but got an appointment at breast clinic few days later which was Sunday just fine, thought he was going to say hormones as I'm 44 but he found some skin thickening at the bottom of my breast and he said paeu da orange and had 2 swollen lymph nodes under arm he bisoped my breast and a lymph node so waiting for that to come back I'm so so scared I'm worried it's going to spread if it's IBC that I won't have long left my chest hurts when I lay down like a pulled muscle what if it's there to I keep crying like all day new pains severe health anxiety and I just want my results and no what's happening sorry this is long my breast hasn't changed in last few days and I hadn't even noticed the changes they found no redness no heat he didn't say would still be benign bit nothing I've read shows benign causes with my symptoms

I can understand that you are feeling scared but you have done absolutely the right thing in getting checked out.
I hope that you have your results very soon. I remember waiting for results myself during my diagnosis and treatments and it isn't easy. Its hard when you have had unexplained symptoms and are trying to work out what is causing them. I know myself that I became aware of lots of different sensations in my body. It may well be that your symptoms are not connected with cancer, but they always try to rule out the most serious potential causes first.
