I had a lobectomy 2 yrs ago. Suddenly started feeling unwell. Diagnosed with recurrence and spread to lymph nodes and liver. Lost 7 kgs in 8 months suddenly put back on 3 kgs. Is this good news or just another block in the naze ?

I am sorry to hear of your recurrence of lung cancer and that this has now advanced (spread to lymph nodes and liver). This is sometimes referred to as advanced lung cancer or, metastatic lung cancer.
