Just home and my boob is really swollen, hard and sore
this wasn’t the case after my original lumpectomy at all
fine otherwise no temperature
is this normal / from my recollection it feels a bit like when your boob gets blocked when you are breast feeding kind of?? Feel like I want to put a warm
compress on it?

It is important for you to seek advice and an assessment from your hospital team about this without delay, so that they can rule out infection and offer whatever treatment they feel is appropriate.
There are various complications that can happen after having breast surgery, including infection in the surgical wound, which would require antibiotics. Some women get a build-up of serous fluid or blood around the operation site, which can cause the symptoms that you describe. These usually resolve on their own, but can be drained if they are painful.
Your hospital team will be able to assess the cause of the swelling, and dependent on the cause suggest ways of alleviating the symptoms.
