Sorry to hear that you are experiencing fluid loss from groin surgery.
We don’t have access to your medical records, so it is unclear why you are experiencing this. It is very important that you are assessed medically, straight away, to find out why this happening and what needs to be done about it.
With any new, worsening or changing symptoms we would always advise that contact you clinical team immediately, or NHS 111.
If you feel that your condition is ever life threatening, then dial 999.
