Hi There,

I was diagnosed with a rare form of Non Hoskins Lymphoma in October and started chemo In November. I am suffering with sever night sweats. I know.

uts a result of the meds I am on but is there anything I can do to help it. It only happens at night mostly as I can sleep in the day and it’s not as bad.

Thanks in advance

Naomi

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our online community.

It’s understandable that you are looking for ways to help with your night sweats. They are not very pleasant to cope with.

I’m not sure what you have previously tried but Lymphoma Action offer some tips that may help ease them.

If you are already doing most of these things, I would encourage you to speak with your nurse and/or consultant for further support.

You may also find our information on sleeping troubles helpful.

    I hope this helps
