I was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2022. I had a lumpectomy in June 2022 followed by 15 days of radiotherapy which ended on 26 August 2022. I am cancer free and am taking Letrozole for the next 5 years. My question is - can I take a Centrium over 50 multi vitamin daily when I am on Letrozole.

An over the counter multivitamin is generally considered safe while taking Letrozole as the individual ingredients are not out with recognised limits.
However, some oncologists would want to know if any of their patients are taking any supplement so you may want to check this with your breast care nurse or oncologist.
Pharmacists are experts in drug interactions and if you have a Macmillan information pharmacist near you we’d suggest having a chat with them too.
There are no known interactions between Letrozole and some of the ingredients contained in a multi vitamin and you can read about that here.
