  • Hi mach

Thank you for getting in touch and welcome to the online community. I’m Fiona one of the Cancer Information Nurse Specialists, on the Macmillan Support Line.

It’s good to read that you have been doing well on your active surveillance and that your PSA levels have reduced.

It’s difficult to know what your urologist meant when he talked about something showing up in a different area of your prostate. The results that you were given about your stable disease and PSA results are all very reassuring, but it would be worth making an appointment to speak to your urologist again. He could clarify what he meant by not to concerned and if he needs to take any action to investigate this area in more detail.

    Best wishes,

    Fiona,
