Tripping or definitely need to get checked out asap???

I am scared and I don't know if I should be checked out for vulvar lichen sclerosis and If I do how do you say hey doc I need you to check my girly bits cause I don't have any education (except for Google) but can you check me for LS? And then I don't know what doctor to go to or anything....?? Help this whatever it is thing is very pain and irritating to my girly bits, it is getting to be unbearable.....

    Thanks for sharing your post about such a sensitive issue for you. It’s natural to be worried about what may be causing the pain and irritation in your girly bits. There can be many reasons for developing vaginal irritation/itching that’s not related to lichen sclerosis or of developing a cancer.

    We would advise making an appointment to see the GP. It may be easier to talk to a female GP in the practice if this is possible. Depending on your symptoms the GP may need to examine you. Some people find this embarrassing, but the GP is there to help and will always maintain your dignity during the examination.

    I hope this helps you reach out to the GP to find out what is causing the irritation and ways to treat this.
