My daughter has had thyroid cancer, she used to have life insurance with the Halifax, but they will no longer insure her. Can you suggest another company for her.?

  • Hi AEP6ced41

I am sorry to read about your daughter's thyroid cancer diagnosis and hope she was well supported by her medical team.

Life Insurance is a financial product that is medically underwritten so it can be more difficult to obtain cover after a medical condition.

Whilst we are unable to suggest or recommend any Insurance providers it may be helpful to speak to Money Helper on 0808 800 4444 for support. Your daughter may wish to speak to an Insurance Broker as they can advise on Life Insurance products.

Cancer Research have some helpful information on their website relating to Life Insurance also. Please see link below.

I do hope this has been helpful for you. Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if you have any further questions.

    Kind Regards
