I’ve had a visit from my occupational therapist. She’s deemed my property as unsuitable due to my illness.
today I’ve received a rehousing form via online to fill in and send back via online. I have collected all my medical records ready to email back.
if I went to my local macmillan centre would they be able to help fill out the online form to send back to my housing.
if yes would I need to book an appointment
