Here at Macmillan we have a Money team who look at benefits and allowances, they are available on our helpline by calling 0808 808 0000 and choosing options 1 and 2. They are also available through email and online chat, the team are available 5 days a week 8am-6pm.
It's also worth reading through our Help with the cost of cancer information, I feel this could be helpful for you as is explains various financial options.
Aside from Macmillan it is also worth looking at Money helper.
