Our toilet cards can be ordered by calling out helpline on 0808 808 0000 and choosing options 1 and 1 or by contacting us through our Online chat service choosing the 'general support' option. Both services are available 7 days a week 8am-8pm. If you prefer you can visit our publications website to order a toilet card here.
It is worth noting that other organisations such as the Bowel and Bladder community have information about the 'Just can't wait card' and radar keys.
