Barclaycard still charging me interest..

right from the off I've informed them about my condition, benefits, and told them to stop my card... but they keep charging me interest.. am I missing something, should they be doing more?

It can't keep on going like this.. I'll be broke.

    We have a partnership with StepChange debt charity who are authorised and regulated to provide specialist debt advice. If you contact us, we may be able to refer you directly through to them or give you a specialist number.

    If you’re self-employed, Business debt line may be able to help as they also deal with personal debts such as credit cards and loans. Business Debtline can be contacted on 0800 197 6026 (Monday to Friday 9am–5pm).

They can check if you are entitled to state benefits and can help to access other financial support, such as one-off grants to help with those extra costs.     They will ask you for some financial details such as your household income, amount of any savings, cost of rent/mortgage, council tax and utilities just to see if any other help is available.
